Ash Frost Mobile Notary provides by-appointment service at homes, workplaces, hospitals, nursing facilities, and agreed public locations. We currently serve San Antonio and select surrounding communities.

Appointment requests are accepted 24/7. Same-day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available. All services are by appointment and subject to availability.
Mobile services are available throughout San Antonio and select surrounding communities. The general service area extends toward Pleasanton to the south, Stone Oak to the north, the Medina area to the west, and Adkins to the east. Travel availability and charges depend on the appointment location.
Travel is calculated by one-way driving distance from the Ash Frost service base. The exact travel charge will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
Total price = Texas notary fee + mobile travel/appointment charge
Ash Frost Mobile Notary charges no more than the maximum fees authorized by Texas law. A lower fee may be quoted depending on the service.
First signature on an acknowledgment or proof: $10
Each additional signature on the same document: $1
Oath or affirmation with certificate and seal: $10
Certificate under seal not otherwise provided for: $10
Copies of records and papers in the notary’s office: $1 per page
Taking a deposition: $1 per 100 words
Swearing a deposition witness, certificate, seal, and related business: $10
Other notarial acts not otherwise provided for: $10
Certain uncommon protest services are charged according to the maximum fees established by Texas Government Code §406.024. All charges will be itemized.
